Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Payroll. Simple as that. No special scope.
  • User-friendly interface
  • Responsive customer service
  • Excellent reporting options
  • Staff turnover--we get a new account manager at least annually
  • Too many solicitations for other costly services that are too big for our tiny organization
  • Easy execution of payrolls for one person
  • Great help and results for special projects like ERTC
Positively - Just creates confidence in building payrolls and knowing they are executed properly every time out.
In most instances, I've been able to get a swift and useful response for questions and needs.

I can knock down payrolls in minutes with full confidence and ease.
We don't require any assistance with overall HR management, retirement contributions or health insurance. Nor does time tracking or PTO tracking have any context for us.
