Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom as our payroll service. They provide and complete all forms, calculations and paperwork and they get it right. The business problem they address is taking over the busywork of processing our payroll so that I can focus on building my business.
  • Paycom is a security and regulations-first type of company and knowing this makes me feel good and that security is front of mind and very important to them as well as our restaurant.
  • Payroll runs in just a few minutes and if anything is wrong on our end my representative communicates fast and efficiently to ensure nothing "gets in the way" of delivering our employees' payroll accurately and on time.
  • I looked for features, ease of use, cost and that they are a proven provider; I have to tell you Paycom delivers on all fronts for my small business.
  • I addressed with my representative the "ease of reading" the reports earlier in 2017 and my concerns with this were addressed immediately and were corrected. If you give good feedback to Paycom, they fix it quickly.
  • My 3 years plus experience with Paycom has been positive on all levels. We have a great relationship and I feel Paycom respects time of my employees, is efficient and professional at every opportunity. Paycom takes the worry about payroll taxes, reports and calculations and gets it right the first time.
We switched from ADP to Paycom and it has been 100% the right decision. I needed a company that made it feel local and like I was a person, not just a company. Paycom delivers on the needs of a small business and scaling back to fit my needs.
Since my business is small I did not think I needed the comprehensive payroll service that other larger companies needed. It was important to me that Paycom offered services that were scaled down, customized to my needs.
