Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is used across the organization for everything from time and attendance, to payroll, benefits administration, e-verif, applicant tracking, COBRA and FMLA administration, expense management, org chart, policy management and administration. Use of Paycom addresses being able to have a single portal, if you will, that we can have employees using to access, manage and facilitate all elements of their employment with our company. Performance evaluations to compensation .
  • Paycom University - delivering comprehensive, well designed and delivered training courses.
  • Reporting features - ability to construct, filter, sort, design literally any type of report beyond the standard reports made VAILABLE.
  • Applicant Tracking System - one-stop to managing every aspect of the talent acquisition process. Screen, share, decide, inform using the workflows allow for decision makers to be well aware of where fills to their workforce are at in the pipeline.
  • Description of common HR functions or activities are not representative as intuitively as they could be, causing some search time, example total rewards is under Benefit Administration and called Benefit Summary template.
  • Multiple references to the same topic but located in different places to manage, for example, adding holidays is found under time management under time off requests but to add or change existing holidays it is under "Auto Load Earnings to Timecard".
  • Ability to access Paycom University from the Talent management tab when you have purchased the LMS module, no direct link.
  • Positive - decreases the time and effort it takes to execute on HR tasks.
  • Allows for one deep position to handle all aspects of the HR function in a growing company.
  • Has allowed us to implement, in short order, things like LMS, getting training into our employees hands.
  • Has advanced our ability to deliver professional development easily, quickly and effectively!
Honestly, I have been so satisfied with Paycom that I turn away all other vendors trying to present their solutions to me.
Paycom is well suited when you hit some of the threshold for compliance issues by the federal government for administering things like FMLA, OSHA, COBRA etc.

For small, less than 10 employees it may not provide the ROI.
