Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I had the best experience with Paycom but I feel like there is a need [for] more customization-based system to make it more user-centric. Other than that I have used some more products in the specific area like Paycor and SAP. We have different organizations and different levels thus I feel like the data customization should be there.

I had the best experience with Paycom particularly due to the ease of use but I would be [happier] if we get more [customization] based on the level in the organization so that unnecessary or not frequently use data is kept separate from the useful one which we need on daily basis.
According to me, it is [the] best place to store the data regarding [a] number of employees, when you work in a large organization it seems very hectic to manage the data thus Paycom is best on that part. But some customization option[s] are required for further more ease so that one can organize it more systematically.

The collection of such [a] large amount of data and specifically of employees regarding each and every aspect helped the organization in many ways. Tracking performance and schedules their attendance etc made it very easy for us. We can particularly rely on this product for long-term requirement[s] but [the] more customizable interface is required.
I remember using other products and storing the data of employees [is] a tedious task and sometimes it is difficult to look for data from the piles. Paycom has provided us with the best experience to handle all those aspects and made it easy for us to work with ease and pleasure.
With the lot and lot of data, we usually tend to get confused regarding the data we need [a] particular point of time. It not only saved our time but helped us to manage and make the data more systematic so that we can [easily] look [at] some specific information at any time.
