Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use all facets of Paycom, from recruiting, hiring, onboarding, tracking time and attendance, accrual schedules, and payroll to quarterly and annual filings. Paycom automates our processes and has enabled our organization to run more efficiently. We like the fact that all of an employee's information is collected in one database, complete and easy to access. We also like the report writing features and find the software very intuitive and easy to use.

I have utilized a number of other payroll services, as well as performing in-house payroll, but it has been 13 plus years, so it is very difficult to compare with the advances in technology and services the last 5 to 10 years.

If a colleague were to ask about Paycom, I would recommend them highly (10). I think any organization that is looking to improve productivity, streamline processes, and minimize errors would find Paycom is highly effective in aiding in these areas. I would suppose an organization that does not like technology and wants the duties of doing HR changes/payroll manually would not be a scenario where Paycom would be appropriate.
