Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Recordkeeping,
Performance Reviews, etc.
  • Full suite of services and products
  • Admin and employee friendly to use
  • Clean and simple platform to use
  • User access and permission profiles. Kinda straight-forward, but not easy to set up or fully understand.
  • I have full admin access and Expense Management module is not easy to use
  • Savings from having two or more platforms to perform administrative work (say Recruiting function elsewhere)
  • Paycom is competitive in pricing

I would recommend Paycom for any size organization, although I am most familiar with company sizes of 200-500. Paycom is our one-shop-stop. We do not use any other platforms to run the organization. Recruitment, onboarding, HR record keeping, payroll, benefits, talent management, etc. is done exceptionally well within Paycom and would not go elsewhere just to do another function/feature/service.
