Paycom is far and away the easiest and most effective platform I have ever used for HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Enrollment, Performance Management, et al. It is extremely flexible with thousands of options available to customize to each organization's needs, requirements, tactics, and strategies. Its "all-in-one" database solution ensures consistency and accessibility for all of the data held within. My job is easier and takes less effort due to the features Paycom uses. It is not as clunky as some of the other products I have used.
