Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom to manage our payroll, human resources (including benefits, garnishments, etc.). Paycom addresses the problems of timekeeping for our employees as well as managing the time off requests, benefit enrollments and weekly file feeds, COBRA administration and garnishment administration.
Pros

- Customer service is outstanding
- Accessible by either web browser or phone app
- Very good notifying us of upcoming events, complete with flow charts and a to-do list
Cons
- During the open enrollment period, they are unreasonable about next year's benefit information.
- It would be nice if the payroll information would be updated immediately upon completing the payroll process instead of the next day.
- Employees spend less time trying to get clocked in and out and start work quicker
- The benefit enrollment piece is great; employees enroll in their benefits, check beneficiary and dependent information, and personal information at one time.
- Very easy for managers to view and approve time-off requests
Paycom has shown to be easier to use than the others, and its customer service is second to none.
