Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I am the Director of HR at Accelerated Claims Inc and highly involved with Paycom usage on a daily basis. I use the Paycom system for our benefits administration, processing payroll, timekeeping, learning courses and so many other things. Paycom makes payroll easier than many other systems I have worked with in the past and puts a lot of emphasis on employees doing their own things (such as timekeeping) to take that off managers and make employees more accountable.
- Paycom has excellent client support
- Paycom makes payroll extremely simple
- Clients would like the ability to create individual schedules each month/week for each employee inside the timekeeping section of Paycom
- When hiring a new hire that previously worked with a company that utilized Paycom, we run into major issues with getting them logged in due to the email address being recognized from the previous employer
- Payroll is much quicker for HR to process than other systems have been
- Employees are more accountable for timekeeping in this system
- Paycom client support is excellent and our company had some bad experiences with others in the past not providing support when needed
We left our last product carrier due to the lack of support we got. We gave them a year and a half to improve before terminating our relationship. It took an average of 7 days to complete a support request (no matter the urgency).
