Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom as our time, attendance, payroll, and benefits platform. However the system is able to house so much data that we're still working on "building it out" to include performance evaluation dates, certification and license renewal information. Putting payroll responsibilities into our employee's hands has made the payroll process much smoother than it was previously.

  • Some of the ACA setup is clunky and cumbersome
  • A year later we don't have the total rewards statement working correctly
  • Shift work differentials were a pain to set up. It took >5 months of use before everything was configured correctly
  • Business office has decreased the time to complete payroll
  • Annual reporting has been made significantly easier (401k audit, EEOC, OSHA)

Well suited for companies of all sizes, some of the functionality could be easier to edit in bulk, the intricacies of terminating/inactivating employees can be challenging at first.

Yes. We replaced our prior time & attendance provider, benefits enrollment platform, QuickBooks, and an outsourced accounting firm. These changes have resulted in overall cost savings for payroll processing.
Our new dedicated specialist is excellent with returning calls or voicemails. He is attentive when we have time-sensitive payroll issues.
100% the employee self service platform makes managing employee's personal information their responsibility.
