Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
It's our payroll system, so we use it daily. We use it to run payroll, post job ads, hire applicants, conduct employee performance reviews, manage employee timecards, employee's can login and update demographic or direct deposit information, manage leaves for employees, employee garnishments, applicant tracking, benefit enrollment, manage COBRA events, and run reports for employee info or payroll.

- getting to keep our implementation team - they were fantastic
- not lower the employee participation when admin makes a small change
- saved time when running payroll
- puts more responsibility on staff with timecards and ensuring hours are correct
