Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Our Epic facilities use Paycor for all our payroll functions, reporting as well as recruiting needs. The reporting features are used for our weekly labor as well as monthly operations reviews. The software is easy to use and an asset for our company. Would recommend this software to all users.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Payroll is fully automated and linked to our biometric clock system which makes punching in and out, transferring between department and tracking hours much easier. Human resources is able to post open positions electronically and are posted instantly to multiple free job boards. Candidates who apply are allowed to apply on line or through our company website which allows hiring managers access applicants as they apply for open positions.
Once training on the Paycor software is competed by out staff users are equipped with the skills to access all the functionality of the system for payroll, recruiting, time and attendance as well as the custom and prebuild reports to assist in the daily operations for each of our Epic facilities.
Our users are able to quickly access team member details related to hire date, current and previous roles, time and attendance, reports for daily and monthly operation reviews as well as wage studies. All of the above are an integral part of running the operations of our facilities on a daily basis.
