Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I am on my third time implementing Paycor. I find its vast product line and quality to be exactly what I and my staff require to perform our daily functions while having an extremely powerful reporting tool to help us make better financial decisions and decisions focused on improvements for our staff.
I have used multiple systems in my career spanning over 20 plus years, and found Paycor to be the most useful and adaptable.

- Paycor has helped us save roughly 20% in Payroll Fees and Error related mistakes over our prior provider.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - With the payroll and HR system we have been able to monopolize on the automation features freeing me and my staff up to focus on direct employee related engagement verse spending our time compiling tedious paperwork. We continue to find new ways to save time and money as we dig even deeper in Paycor's continual advancements on their products.
I have used both Paycom and ADP Workforce Now, among 3 to 4 other products and find that they promise similarities to Paycor, but that they do not deliver. Higher Fees and less offerings. Customer Support generally is not as good as Paycor's and both made multiple errors in aspects of standard California Payroll Laws and Policies and blamed it on the Client verse having the rules built correctly in their systems.
