We use Paycors recruiting platform at Insco to recruit then seamlessly move candidates to onboarding. The recruiting platform also allows us to communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Allows us to send links to start background checks and schedule drug screens and physicals. We process Payroll and manage time and attendance. We monitor Benefits and PTO. Reporting is essential as we monitor several aspects of HR audits and processes.
