Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor has been our payroll processor and employee hub for onboarding, employee data storage, and access to paystubs or other documents.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - It's hard to quantify the amount of time saved for our team as we are pretty small. In the day-to-day functionality of Payroll and onboarding, we are saving time in that employees can onboard themselves and do all of the paperwork on Paycor instead of on paper with our office. However, the time saved is completely negated by the amount of time we are waiting for resolutions to issues when we need assistance or something isn't working as intended.

Admin onboarding and acclimation to Paycor - extremely low usability. You are left to learn everything on your own. If you need assistance to get something set up, there is none. You may get a document tutorial at best. At worst, they ignore your asks for literally months on end.
Paycor is better in literally every aspect except customer service from my experience.

If you are looking for an easy to use plug and play Payroll system with limited interaction from Paycor to the client, it works well. If you require any hand-holding, customer service, or assistance with getting their system to work for you/how you intended, this isn't the system for you.
