Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used for onboarding, time keeping, HR, and payroll.

- Constant waste of time. I spent more hours fixing their errors because we got tired of waiting for them to make it right.
We selected Paylocity for what they had to offer and how they said their system worked. However, in the end, it was a joke!!! constant constant errors. In my experience, customer service was like talking to a robot. I feel that they do not listen or actually read what problems you have and they tell you something that you already know and never fix the problems.
