Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Use it as my main system for HR Management. Utilize Payroll, HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Time keeping modules

I have been free'd up to be more strategic in my role. i am no longer pushing paperwork, but rather I am driving decisions. I have time and margin to do higher level projects and don't worry about my core HR processes thanks to Paylocity.
Community has been great! It keeps people connected and allows us to have an internal social media. I would like for our external social media feeds (facebook, twitter, linkedin etc) to somehow have a connection to community. Impressions have also been instrumental in our culture. We created our impressions around our core values and its proven to increase morale.
ADP- if you are a small fish you aren't able to get service and products to work for you. Paylocity has proven to be the best value as well as continues to enhance. I never feel like a small fish.

I recommend Paylocity often. I especially find when I am in HR seminars or networking events, people often complain about their solution. I find myself "selling" Paylocity to them because the solution does work so well for me.
