Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
It helps us with the hiring of new employees because we have forms that HR uses and that our Gaming Commission uses that have different information on them but still allow us to work in conjunction with the HR department when hiring people. Being able to send out messages and information to individual employees and groups is incredibly useful.
- Community messages allow our company to interact with others they may not normally.
- Tasks such as reviewing new policy & procedures are easy to distribute now.
- Performance reviews are interesting option but we are just now starting those.
- Maybe streamline the interface a bit but it is easier to use than our last.
- The same with the timesheet make it more streamlined.
- Reduced time between department hires and transfers.
- Reduced the time that employees are notified of updated policies.
- Easier for employees to adjust time or time off requests.
They have made our jobs much easier.
The employee engagement between different departments has drastically improved. It did not really exist before Paylocity.
Kronodesk was nothing but technical problems for us. Next we went to Paycom. They told us the system could meet all of our needs but after we implemented them it was nothing but a runaround every time we needed something changed that is why we dropped them and moved to Paylocity.
