Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the Payroll, Benefits (including Open Enrollment) and HR modules. We also use it for Recruiting and On-boarding.

  • Reports
  • Reports tend to be static
  • Need to staff up support
  • Reduced paperwork and storage
  • Made HR much more efficient in terms of searching for data
They have alleviated much of the manual paperwork and storage which has gone a long way in allowing me more time to solve other problems.
We do not use these.
Hands down a much better product.

Evaluating Paylocity and Competitors

Yes - Paychex - they were moving to a cloud based system and we couldn't get any support.
