Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it to manage all of our HR/Payroll functions with our business. We are able to manage employee files better and quickly review history of rate changes, positions changes, etc. with ease. We are able to manage our recruiting with the system. It is a very functioning system that allows us to interact with the workforce with ease.
  • They are great at taking initiative is they see a feature not meeting it's full potential
  • They provide a lot of support through training and webinars.
  • Overall, you have someone available to answer any questions when you call in.
  • Account Management, Our company has multiple companies with 1000+ employees collectively, we require a lot of interaction and we haven't received the best help since implementation

We are still learning more about using Paylocity for HR purposes. I believe we use the system heavily for payroll processes. We are needing more guidance on what the system can do for hr functions. However, it has kept us compliant in documentation and has created streamlined processes for pto, timekeeping, etc.
We love these feature and we try to use them a lot in our company. We are trying to make Community tool be our main source of information exchange amongst the workforce. Impressions are fun because it creates a sense of togetherness and allows coworkers to interact in a positive way.
We love the customization and freedom Paylocity gives our company.

Paylocity is a great tool for companies who are trying to establish a positive culture in their business. it recognizes that the product needs to function as a payroll software; however, it does more by creating a place to interact with coworkers, such as Community. It is developing the features the phone app, to bring ease to every feature Paylocity offers. Recently, they've allowed time corrections to be approved from the app. This has significantly made a difference at our workplace.

Yes - It would be the absolute best if employees could sign HR actions from their apps.
