Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for Time and Labor and Payroll. We also use some HR functions.

  • Makes doing payroll quick and efficient
  • Allows you to access reports and filings easily
  • Answers questions when needed
  • More custom fields
  • You never talk to your account rep
  • Narrative per employee
  • Payroll is much quicker now
  • Payroll is more accurate
We save time and reduce hours by not having to tabulate time cards. Payroll is quick, efficient, and accurate.
This feature is under utilized in our organization but when it has been used people are pleased to be recognized.
It was a better fit for our organization.

I think it is well-suited to all companies and scenarios. It is user friendly and tracks most of what is needed.

Some employees really know the product and how to help. Others you can tell are lost and sometimes I feel I know more than they do.

Using Paylocity

It takes a while to "get it" but then it is fairly easy to use. Some things are clearer than others.
