Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity was great at implementation. My team was fantastic. They had us up and running and allowed us to work at our own pace.
Ongoing service support has been very good. My contact is attentive to my needs and when I do need to call in for support, I have a live person within minutes.

  • The performance Review system is lacking a bit and could use a tune up.
  • The self service portal is good on the PC but mobile could use updating.

The automation tools have streamlined our process quite a bit. The managers are much happier with this system.
The community module has been a great feature for us. Our employees have really embraced having one spot for all announcements. Surveys and videos are so easy to use!
Paylocity is superior in so many ways. From streamlining process to customer service, they are hands down better!

Paylocity does very well with customer service and is attentive to my questions and needs.
Being in the automotive industry, they could really work to understand how flat rate technicians are paid and integrate a new feature to make it easier to use. It is a disjointed system with the way we are set up now.
