Paylocity is our HRIS; we use it for recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment/management, expense reimbursement, and payroll.
- Recruiting templates (applications, emails).
- Onboarding (i9, direct deposit, demographic, state specific, etc).
- Payroll Submission.
- Time & Labor.
- Benefit Enrollment.
- Benefit Management (HSA, QLE).
- Compensation Comparison Tool.
- Paylocity has reduced the time we spend recruiting and onboarding new hires by at least 25%!
- Payroll takes us less than 30 minutes each pay cycle, and their system has cut our accuracy check time in half.
Greatly! Paylocity's tools for automating our HR processes have saved us at least 5-10 hours a week. Now, we're checking reports and dashboards for any oddities rather than doing all of the audits manually. The time we saved on talent acquisition is even greater! We've cut that time nearly in half with their recruiting and onboarding tools.
While great tools, these are not something our company uses at this time. We were already established on another communications tool with employee engagement features built in.
It is that perfect sweet spot; it is robust to what we need without being so massive that we find ourselves taking more time to configure new workflows than we spent doing the work.
