Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, performance management, recruiting, digital personnel files
- employee profile is easy to navigate
- accessing paystubs is easy
- some reports function well
- In my experience, time off accruals are complicated and cannot be managed by the company, Paylocity has to build and edit
- In my experience, lots of similar reports conflict with one another, the data is not consistent
- In my experience, timekeeping is glitchy and certain actions like entering overnight shifts consistently result in missed punches and errors
- In my experience, customer service is not helpful, they give different answers depending on which rep you get
- In my experience, our account manager ignores my emails or takes 3-4 weeks to solve a request for me
- In my experience, they are unwilling to rebuild our setup after many months of telling them it is not working

payroll is not automated and, in my experience, Paylocity is unwilling to work with us to restructure our setup. In my opinion, their ATS system is slow and clunky not easy to use and does not save me time recruiting. In my experience, their data is unreliable, I can run 3 reports with the same objective and get 3 conflicting sets of data
my employees hate Paylocity, In our experience, it is always glitching or not saving their timesheets or they are unable to find the setting they need to update their information. No one checks Community and we do not use the other engagement features
In my opinion, Paylocity appears modern and sleek and easy to use. In time and in my experience, their customer support has become almost entirely useless
