Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I have multiple clients on Paylocity. I provide HR and payroll support and utilize every aspect of the system available.
- Customer service on the phone provides very good service
- Set up and tracking of HR employee data, leaves, work comp claims, company property and personnel documents
- Timekeeping module and meal period penalties
- Sick time accrual that is compliant with CA law. The muni policy is WRONG in my opinion
- Automated processes for new employee set up of time and labor
- Integration with Indeed and Recruitment module
- Timekeeping has resulted in more time being spent. The system is not ideal
- Timeoff set up is not great and has created a great deal of extra work
Some has helped. Not all
- Ease, Namely, ADP Workforce Now, ADP TotalSource, Gusto, Tyler SIS, Paychex Flex, Paycom, Paycor, IBS Hospitality Suite, QuickBooks Time and TriNet HR Platform
Paylocity is generally better than all these other systems
