Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io
We use it in two of our applications to collect quantitative data and alert users to new functionality and collect feedback.
- Ease of use
- A breadth of use (can tag any CSS element)
- Solid knowledge base
- Will not recognize URLs when managing functionality at times
- User roles are not clear if you are not the super admin
- First true analytics platform we've used to track data
- We are able to put quantitative data behind prioritizing certain decisions
Have not tried any other analytics platforms but my understanding is that Pendo is an industry leader.
