Overall Satisfaction with Planview AdaptiveWork
We are a large organization that requires management of multiple teams and multiple projects n a single platform so all management teams are aware of the resources being allocated in the most efficient way. We require a central dashboard that would give all managers or higher level directors visibility on the organization's projects and tracking and any roadblocks that are being forseen.

Yes as our business have multiple teams with multiple locations and teams that have tasks overlapping, it required some brainstorming for our team members to find the correct solution that would make it efficient for our teams to migrate all the project data on multiple platforms to Planview. Once it was migrated we still needed some help with setting up user profiles.
As a business with limited resources, it is pertinent that our resources are utilized to its maximum capabilities. For that to happen, the directors as well as senior managers need to have visibility on all projects and all the resources that are being utilized so they can identify the redundancy and allocate the resources to the correct projects for better results. The dashboards are very helpful in achieving that goal for visibility.
As our team was already using Microsoft Teams for communication via direct messaging - so we decided to integrate that platform with our Planview application and it worked out perfectly as now theres no lag between our instant messaging and managing our multiple projects and team members. We are very happy that this integration was available.
As a small business, the correct use of resources is pertinent to our success by keeping the costs down. So our leaders, directors and managers require a bird's eye view of the resources being allocated in a way that it most efficient. Planview application has given us that tool to be able to view all our resources and ongoing projects in one dashboard.
We are a small non-profit business that doesnt have external customers, so we cant comment on that directlly. However the way our employees were onboarded and given the chance to really get a good sense of the platform, we can imagine that if we had clients or external facing customers, we would have had similar satisfactory results. Our teams are much happier that there is one big platform to link and track all the work.

As an IT professional in the field for over 15 years I have used multiple platforms to track projects and migrate resource data for analysis as well as creating dashboards for better leadership visualization. Planview is one of the best ones I have used as it has a lot of tools that are helpful for both small as well as large organizations to track the data and create customized dashboards for resource allocation and project success tracking.
