Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We used Printfection to ship swag to some of our independent contractors. We utilized the drop shipping option to have them provided with an independent link to use as part of our rewards program. This was for about 300 independent contractors and helped us get branded clothing to them in a cheap and efficient manner.

  • Catalog search doesn't have many filtering options.
  • Doesn't support many integrations or SSO.
  • Ability to drop ship.
  • Auto replenishment.
  • Campaigns
  • Higher ENPS scores.
  • More brand awareness.
Their customer support team is always on point and super eager to communicate when needed. Can't say anything poorly about them!
We use Printfection to centrally source, store and ship out customer swag to customers and employees, and it's worked great. Materials are of high quality, users are excited to get their swag, and the process overall is quite simple.

If you're using Printfection to send items as part of a giveaway, it's a great tool. You can have users use a dedicated link, or you can populate the information yourself. Overall, pretty simple UI, and if your designs won't work, their CS team is quite quick to communicate and assist.
