Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use all modules of Procore throughout our entire organization. The positive response we have had from our field superintendents has really turned their productivity around considerably. The amount of time they spend on "administrative" duties has reduced due to the streamlining of the processes within Procore. I personally love it. I am in it all day and it is easy to use. We are finding that architects, owners, and subcontractors are embracing it once they see what a benefit it is.
  • Top of the list is their support team. They are always willing to help you even if the original person you get is not able to help you. I have never had a bad experience with support.
  • Groundbreak - this is by far the best conference I have attended. They really make you feel like they are listening to what your wants and needs are and back it up by implementing many items that we have requested.
  • Procore works hard to include you in beta testing. We have worked with them in a few areas. This helps us to not just get what we want but gives us the experience to see things from others' perspectives.
  • We have an architect that also uses Procore. There is not currently any way for our project to combine/share information among both of our Procore accounts. The architect refuses to respond to RFIs and submittals when we send to them. They input into their Procore and return answers and submittals on their Procore. We have already found that we are losing information in translation when putting it back into our Procore. There really needs to be a way to share this information.
  • Project Closeout - it would be nice to have a separate module for Close Out Documentation. The submittal module is a bit cumbersome to handle this process. We currently are using the Observations tool for this.
  • The Directory - there is currently not a way to note the main contact. I would also love to be able to customize how you see the list views in various modules (i.e. first name, last name or company options). I also wish that the insurance tracking within the Project was not in the Directory. I think it is part of the contract and should be able to be tracked in that module.
The biggest improvement over Prolog is the ease of use for the remote users in the field.
At this time with our usage, I believe the only module we are struggling with is the financial end with invoicing and pay requests. Also the bidding tool is something that we have not been able to work for us yet.
