Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used as the main Project management tool for our construction operations. As a GC, this handles the documentation and storage of project data.
- Drawings management. Procore makes it very easy to import and organize project drawings . The automatic linking of drawings within themselves using OCR is very valuable to our project teams. Being able to markup and link RFI's to drawings is also a great value.
- Daily Logs. Our fields teams are able to collaborate and document important details of daily activities using their mobile devices on Procore. Photos are automatically organized and uploaded to Procore for record keeping.
- Quality control. Observations and Punch List tools provide seamless workflows to document, assign and verify work is being carried out to the appropriate standards.
- Procore still has issues working with linked files and opening referenced files. It would help if more documents were available to access on Procore Drive.
- Integration with Bluebeam would be a great value for our organization as it would allow us to use existing workflows that require use of Bluebeam.
We have been able to fully benefit from this functionality in many of our processes, specifically in Observations and inspections. Being able to assign tasks internally and externally and allowing Procore to do the legwork of sending reminders and links to the information is a great value.
- We have been able to see a time savings in our field staff as many of the documentation activities that need to be done can now be done in the field on mobile devices. This is a great value.
- Having a live look at each project's performance is a great indicator to find inefficiencies and makes our teams more agile in addressing issues.
Procore is a more well rounded and seamless software. It also continues to with integrate other third party software solutions making it more of a one stop shop than others.
