Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used by all Project Managers. The interface with field employees, subcontractors, and architects has created a huge advantage, especially for projects that are large distances from our home office.
We have not interfaced Procore with our accounting software because they do not communicate creating double entry issues.

- Submittals - The time needed to process through one particular submittal item saves lots of time over the long run.
- RFIs - All of the RFIs are in the system with their responses so they can be viewed by anyone at any time.
- Financials - Procore does not interface with our accounting software, making for double entries for budgets in both locations
- We do a considerable amount of Federal Government work. Although it makes tracking easier with the subcontractors, the government does not recognize Procore
I have not used a full service project management tool prior to ProCore

For projects that are far from our home office, it allows the office and the field to talk in real time with documents and information at our fingertips.
