Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We started using Procore just over a year ago, after looking at it a couple of times in the past. The Procore concept is very good but the implementation of it is very clunky. Procore is developed for general contractor use, not sub-contractor use. This makes it incredibly confusing to navigate. I am sure this problem has been discussed many times in the past, but they don't seem to want to develop a sub-contractor version.
  • Keeps a running tab of updated drawings, with the latest revision.
  • Daily logs, general project notes.
  • Develop a sub-contractor friendly version.
  • Better editing tools for drawings
It provides collaboration between the listed entities, but, it is developed for general contractors, not sub-contractors.
  • It has helped the guys in the field, see the most up to date drawings and given them the ability to update drawings in real time.
  • Saved printing large sets of plans.
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Simplify employee time tracking
The whole interface is still clunky from a sub-contractor's point of view. Training is lacking any depth.
Again, Procore is developed for general contractors, not sub-contractors. It makes the job flow confusing.
