Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being used across all departments/divisions. It addresses documentation and archival of submittals, communications, and daily field logs. After Procore was implemented at our organization it replaced no fewer than five separate subscription-based software platforms we had used previously.
  • Documentation of communications and official record of submittals/transmittals.
  • Provision of a field app used to review and markup as-built drawings.
  • Tracking of invoicing and project costs.
  • Searches of number strings within the daily field log.
  • Ease of project setup. I don’t want to go to 6 different tabs to set up my project.
  • Directory entry and smart field entry.
Procore is geared mainly toward the construction field and has more relevant features than the other software packages I have tried or worked with previously.
We have benefited from the collaboration capabilities of Procore in that it enables us to track communications like RFIs and submittals, and it automatically reminds us if we have anything pending.
  • Saved reams upon reams of paper.
  • Increased efficiency in that we no longer need to have someone tasked with tracking submittals and RFIs manually.
  • Saved countless amounts of time in that we no longer need to hold meetings to figure out why so much time was spent on a given task. Procore tracks it.
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Document job site conditions
  • Report on incidents and inspections
  • Identify job site risks
  • Streamline financial reporting
  • Simplify employee time tracking
The project management modules of Procore play a huge role in how we function as a business.
They have a set time limit for integration implementation with our assigned person, and they mainly point us to training videos and communicate only via video conferencing. In the end, we had to force ourselves to integrate and figure things out on our own.
It’s well suited for medium to large companies but may not be cost effective for the small companies and isn’t geared toward subcontracting companies.
