Overall Satisfaction with QEdge
QEdge QMS, QEdge TMS and QEdge DC software are using currently in our company. These all software are user friendly and more customisable. Different software are used for different functions like Quality management system, Document control and employees training purpose. QEdge QMS are my one of best software which is daily using among the other software. This QMS covers the deviation, investigation, CAPA, Change control initiation and further tracking. We can easily track the numbers of QMS initiated by the software within a moments and further continuous monitoring purpose. Also training software are also some good feature to tracking employees training.
- QEdge QMS have feature for system generated numbers for every document assign which could track the nos. of documents initiated and further control
- QEdge DC software have feature to track list of documents initiated for single document and respective attachment.
- QEdge TMS have employees wise matrix for tracking list of job code and respective training list.
- Notification system by QEdge is one of good feature.
- Sometimes take more times to search the document than usual duration
- Software will have to keywords search feature to track the repeated deviation generated by system
- Good in ROI
- Favourable in small to medium size industry
- Can capable to sustain and grow in industry
TrackWise software is more costly than QEdge. They charge as individual login than QEdge. More features in TrackWise than QEdge. Well known software for USFDA auditor than QEdge. More comfortable and good audit trail feature in TrackWise than QEdge. Help user feature in TrackWise software than QEdge. Cost of QEdge is less than TrackWise software.
