Overall Satisfaction with Qualified

What I love about Qualified is, unlike their competition, the product is 100% focused on the SDR experience. This isn't a marketing tool -even if marketers like me deploy and manage it. Qualified is a sales enablement platform that provides sales departments leveraging Salesforce with critical information during the buyer's journey:
  • Who is visiting the website?
  • What are they looking at?
  • What's the easiest way to contact them directly?
  • Are they on my target list and can I ensure my AE gets notified ASAP?
The UI is intuitive and requires little training to get started.
  • Salesforce integration.
  • Clear insight into who is visiting your website and where.
  • Intuitive UI that SDRs will enjoy using vs dread using.
  • If you're a HubSpot shop, the experience will be limited.
  • Clear target list mapping from Salesforce to website visitors.
  • Easy-to-use UI for Sales teams.
  • Instant calling capabilities without having to book a meeting.
  • When someone is on your pricing page, you don't want to "send a follow up" you want to "speak with them". Qualified answers this in a very simple and intuitive way without invading the customer's privacy.
As Drift made a massive sweep into the SMB B2B space with their splash into Conversational Marketing they were tapping into a very large ocean (with plenty of competitors). Qualified came into the B2B space targeting large/enterprise SDR teams leveraging Salesforce. Intercom was never appealing to me. It took far too much effort to navigate within the platform, which made the experience poor and inevitably abandoned.

Qualified makes it easier for SDRs to identify who is on their website, where the visitors are scrolling, what the visitors are doing, and if they are or are not ready to speak with sales. Arguably, other chat solutions are more about automation and providing unique paths to other portions of the website's content (e.g. Marketing stuff). Qualified has one goal: Qualify leads. Furthermore, their niche is Salesforce. Qualified is the only solution tailored and backed by Salesforce.
