Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We currently use Quickbase to manage our portfolio of projects, manage research and development efforts, and we have even used it to develop an internal manufacturing and procurement system. These applications allow us to share information between departments, collaborate on projects, and to view statuses at all levels. The ease of developing within Quickbase has allowed us to develop custom tailored applications that provide immediate improvements to productivity, collaboration, and resource utilization.

We currently have multiple production applications in place, and we are developing more each day.
We reviewed multiple project management applications, and ultimately selected Quickbase due to the ease of customization for our business processes. This allows us to capitalize on our internal strengths and knowledge. Additionally the system can be used for so many different types of applications.
Applications can be simply built with standard templates, and customizing these templates is easy. As you work to improve the user experience (UE) for your team members you may find that there are customizations that are not possible through the standard interface. Luckily there are multiple Quickbase solutions providers that can build anything.

We find that we are constantly updating and adding to the functionality of our Quickbase applications. It allows for an AGILE development methodology, and enables us to develop as the applications are in use. We release new functionality and improvements on a weekly basis.
