Yes. With Quickbase the project management team was able to build a tool like how they want it. Not how the IT team built it for them.

Well - If you are good at planning a software/tool you are trying to build. It's possible to build without much technical knowledge. If you get stuck, the support team is always available to help you.

No I do not remember updating the applications. Even if I have to its just a matter of few clicks by following some basic instructions.
