Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

We use it to track projects from sales to completion and reviewing beyond that. We track payments, commissions, deliveries, KPIs and productivity metrics. We needed the flexibility to create a database that could change and grow alongside the development of the company.
  • Flexibility
  • Ease of use and low start up time
  • Support
  • Visuals
  • Mobile app
  • Customisation
  • Huge time savings in understanding where and what stage of a project we are at
  • Implementing processes can be done in minutes
  • Able to lock down data to the extent where spreadsheets were being used previously and any data could be deleted in a second
Information from one department can be made available to another so decisions can be made using both sides of the coin. Feedback can be requested on any page and the ability to automate email updates based on triggers in the database means we can cut out some of the emotion in delivering messages.
Quickbase allows management to manage from anywhere in the world. The speed of implementation of new processes is drastically reduced and managed very seamlessly.
Full kitchen and bath remodels have multiple stages in order to be successful. We can add data points on the fly and track durations between milestones to focus on process improvements.
Used access in a previous company which required specific knowledge of the system. Quickbase was learnt from scratch in a matter of weeks.

Do you think Quickbase delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Quickbase's feature set?

Yes

Did Quickbase live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Quickbase go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Quickbase again?

Yes

Building a database or ERP system from the ground up with little to know coding experience required. Anything that needs to be tracked there is a way. I would probably not recommend it as a customer-facing database.
