Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online for all our bookkeeping and payroll. It is easy and downloads info from our bank.
  • Allows me to Reconcile our books with our bank statement
  • Reminds me of who needs to be paid
  • Allows me to easily correct mistakes
  • some states are not supported for online tax payments, i.e. Maine
  • some of the customer service people are not as experienced as others. I've often had to call back for a second opinion!
  • all positive
only have used QuickBooks Online but will not change. Excellent software and customer service

easy to use. I learned along the way.
Always solves problem's. sometimes takes a while but eventually everything gets solved
I can always get help when I need it. I love their screen share capability to see exactly what I am referring to when I need help.
