Highly Recommend

It is mainly used by the finance department to keep track of all financial documents and figures. It used to ensure accuracy and accountability for all charges, expenses, and anything finance related. The finance department uses it for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expenses, manual checks, journals.

Overall, pretty simple. I did not utilize the training much but by getting familiar with the program, I found it to be pretty user friendly. As someone who began using QuickBooks in a remote setting, I was able to learn the functions and utilize the different tabs fairly easily and quickly.

Our company uses this program to keep track of finances for five of our different offices. We have employees from HR and other administrative departments use QuickBooks to upload and edit reports, so the finance department can view and access these same reports when needed. This makes our job easier, especially when we have people in different offices or working remotely.

QuickBooks makes it easy to record financial reports and data for our office. It allows us to document necessary financial data and reports without extra hassles. This also allows us to be accurate with reports as we are a small department within our organization. We have enjoyed utilizing QuickBooks in our organization and highly recommend to others as well.
