Quickbooks is needed and pretty great

[QuickBooks Online Advanced] is used as the financial and accounting software across the whole organization. It solves creating invoices, tracking accounts and otherwise oversight and information about our cash on hand and any other financial questions that we have. It is an all encompassing software that definitely brought us into the 21st century and is the gold standard for how to track multiple accounts for a business.

Overall it was very easy, but that's because we had previous experience with the software before the company decided to implement it here. I can't speak to how simple or difficult it would be for someone to build from scratch with no experience previously and possibly moving over from other accounting software.

With the pandemic this is essential. We do not typically have the need to have multiple employees in various locations on the software, but now with everyone working from home, it really does make a difference and make it super simple to be able to login from wherever you are. This was also useful when our accounting staff would be on vacation or traveling, they would easily be able to login for an hour a day and follow up on invoices or whatever was needed without having to worry about not having access to the software.

I wouldn't say that there are any specific needs in our industry that Quickbooks Advanced addresses.
