QuickBooks Online Advanced - a superior cloud-based product

I use QuickBooks Online Advanced for several of my accounting clients because it is relatively easy to navigate and allows my clients the flexibility to be able to access and view their own data. The reports are clear and easy to understand and are well put-together so that my clients and I can view them and discuss changes in strategies, marketing, and tracking in real time. It also allows us to upload corresponding documentation to the appropriate entry, which saves us research time and storage space.

I must admit that the software was already loaded when I began working with it, but I was able to easily update settings and customize it correctly for each of my clients. I have taken some additional training using the modules that Intuit provides, and that has helped me understand more and allowed me to plunge more in-depth than the average user. I have also been able to train other users quite easily because the interface is so intuitive and user-friendly.

My client base is scattered around the state, and I am able to access their account data using my laptop and my desktop very easily using a wi-fi connection. And since my client base is scattered around the state, so are all of their employees; there have been no issues with employee access. It is also convenient that we can share screens and access various reports during remote meetings so that everything is handled in real-time.

Again, I would reiterate that being a cloud-based software, QuickBooks Online Advanced has been an efficient tool that has enabled me to both work remotely and interact with various clients easily. If it were not as accessible, I would not be able to be in business. Also, I appreciate the ability to upload applicable documentation to entries which enables me to switch from client to client and discuss various issues without having to carry lots of paperwork with me.
