There was an issue with one of our data integration tools where we were not able to transfer flat files from Source DB to Target using the ODI SFTP Tool. Solution - ODI Tool being on a lower version, was incompatible with the source DB and hence could not decrypt the password. Suggested using a different integration tool for transferring the flat file.

We have multiple technologies support from Rimini, one of them being ODI, where they have good resources. They have helped in providing quick resolution, be it configuration-related issues or data-related issues.
I had a P1 issue which they helped me resolve within 45 mins saving critical business hours of work and money. I had raised multiple issues which had been pending for the past 6 to 7 months and even a year which they helped us resolve. One such scenario was related to missing data, where they helped in tracing the source of identifying the cause.
