Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to onboard and offboard clients I also process payroll and benefit management. I am going to also start using it for our talent management.

Having the ability to use Rippling on my laptop, but have pertinent information on an app on my personal cell phone is a great feature. There has not been an employee at our firm that has had issues onboarding or utilizing Rippling for their payroll and benefits management. It is a great product with many options.
Rippling has cut down my onboarding a new employee by about an hour and half per employee. I have a place to store all pertinent information per user and know that they are responsible for updating their information and I do not have to. Offboarding is the same as well, the time saved is incredible compared to what I was using previously.

Evaluating Rippling and Competitors

Yes - I replaced using QuickBooks online for payroll when I switched to Rippling. I also plan on replacing Trainual in the future.
