Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Tracking employee information for comp, using data for system updates, PTO requests.
  • Great visuals on org charts
  • Reporting function
  • Easy onboarding
  • System doesn’t allow reporting customization
  • Too many tabs pointing to the same info
  • Onboarding New Hires is easy and eficient- builds trusts
  • I consistently screen shot data for my PPTs
Much better reporting capabilities but harder to track employee history and changes.
The Onboarding process and tasks are efficient and easy to follow- I feel like Rippling has all the info in one place while in Workday you have to dig for info. Rippling is much more intuitive and has better design and graphics.
Never used it as I am not an admin in the tool- I can’t skip the question in the survey.

Intuitive and has all data in one place.
Great Onboarding schedule for New hires- one of the best I have used so far. I also like the new org chart visuals, makes it easy to follow and understand.

The Reporting customization is limited- I need a “transfer date” option or a better way to track employee suspensions like LOA, Medical leave, etc.
