Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We've recently switched over to Rippling as a small business. We are currently using it for device management and human resources. Our previous solutions were fairly convoluted (or in many cases done manually). While we are early in the adoption process, and are considering expanding Rippling's role in our company, so far we have found Rippling to be simple and useable.

Although there was a little confusion on the best way for me to contact support (because it turned out we were still being handled by sales) once we sorted that out, they were super responsive and answered my questions clearly and quickly. I found this all the more impressive because there was a lot of internal passing around that had to happen, and it all occurred in a matter of minutes.

Completely usable. I'm a very technologically savvy person, but most of the rest of the company are not. Our Operations team (while excellent) would not do well with something that requires a lot of programming know-how. Often products will be too technical for non-tech folks, or not technical enough for people who understand computers. Rippling threads that needle.
Rippling is great for small business. It does a lot with a little, which is a huge value add for an organization that does not have a lot of personnel. It is also very intuitive in its basic functions which means that people do not have to be full-blow tech folks to use it.
