Overall Satisfaction with Robly
My assistant switched us to Robly from Constant Contact for two reasons - Open Gen and lower monthly costs. We have been very happy with the service. We use it to keep in touch with other members of the mental health profession, current and former clients, updating them with our newest workshops and additional services. We have found the OpenGen product to be of particular help to us generating more opens and click throughs!
- OpenGen generates more opens.
- A template made to match our website made for good branding.
- Easy to use blocks and color make it simple to create new emails quickly.
- We don't have any suggestions for improvements currently as our usage was down last year.
- On the positive side, we feel we are able to keep our business in front of our clients & keep our brand awareness up.
- On the negative side, we don't generate new customers through our use so it is a marketing expense only.
We chose Robly for the lower cost and OpenGen - it has served us better than Constant Contact which was more than triple the price.
