Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger modules for our main book of business and our smaller nonprofit entities. It's nice to have one system to store the backup we need. The only issue I have is the canned reports are not always user-friendly to modify.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • General Ledger.
  • Export/Import Feature.
  • Reporting
  • Dashboards
  • Release of Restricted Funds.
The ability to combine core financial processes into one system is beneficial to use because it helps to standardize how we enter repetitive transactions, which makes it easier for new staff to follow by reviewing previously entered transactions. Also allows us to easily see trends.
Our business is slightly different from others, so Sage was really good about trying to configure the system for our needs.
