Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is our financial accounting and reporting software. It is used by the entire organization and provides our stakeholders with timely, accurate and high quality reports.
  • Straight forward user interface
  • Streamlined business processes
  • Flexible and customizable reporting capabilities
  • New bank reconciliation interface is not intuitive and takes longer to use than what it is replacing.
  • Considerably reduced manual processes
  • Greatly improved timliness of month-end close
We have benefited from automation of core processes, mainly recurring journal entries and bills.
We have not used any of the modules noted.
We considered QuickBooks, and chose Sage Intacct primarily because of our multi-entity environment, the statistical journal entry capability, custom reporting and dashboards.
Our organization has several several separate business entities. We have found it to accomodate our needs and continue to discover ways to improve our business processes and reporting.
