Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We currently have 8 small companies that fall under the AIM Group umbrella. Intacct is used as our financial ERP platform with some integration of statistical data from other sources - specifically payroll and operation control systems used to run our facilities. Intacct addresses the need for our facility managers to be able to review their financial data and approve invoices from locations that are spread across the country. Inacct's permissions feature is critical, allowing managers at all different levels the access they needs to get the data they want.
Pros
- Seamless, Quarterly updates
- Ease of use, interactive interface
- Cloud based, verstitility
Cons
- Cost can be an issue when you add on features
- Improved the close process by 15 days
- Improved AR - automated statements and invoicing to customers
- Full transparency to managers and users
One of the latest automation features are bank reconciliations. Intacct has the ability to your company's account information and complete the bank reconciliation for review.
With 8 companies under our Corp umbrella, multi-entity consolidations are an essential part of the internal and external reporting process and automated consolidations through Intacct have allowed for efficiencies and accuracy not even possible before. Having accurate and timely reporting allows managers to spend their limited time on driving growth, not getting bogged down in the data detail that provides no value.
